"American Idol cont'd.........."
Kimberly Caldwell has GOT to go after last's performance. Her number is up! I'm kind of glad too, because she's always seemed a little on the arrogant side. And what was with Simon last night........ the only one he dissed was his #1 favorite girl Carmen who he usually coddles. Oh well, it keeps the show interesting. Oh, one more thing: I missed the show when Reuben explained the 205 thing on his jerseies. What is that? Didn't he look great last night in his dressy outfit?

I thought Trenyce was great last night and Simon said he and Carmen should me the one's to go ... and he usually calls the shots. When I hit the phones, it was way too easy to vote for Carmen and Trenyce. No busy signals at all. Since they are carrying over last week's vote, Carmen and Trenynce are likely to be the bottom too tonight. And my money's on Carmen to walk. Too bad. Well maybe Trenyce ... there are more adolescent white boys than black boys in puberty out there and racism is alive and well. I also called in for Kimberly the Good a few times ... and it was EASY to get through for her. What gives? She is a great singer! And was lovely last night. Is it her figure? Kimberly the Bad did poorly (again) and Clay sounded just the same as he always does (and looked dorky again.) I have the feeling that Kimberly the Bad would do well in the country music business. Ricky looked not half bad, I half to admit. He needs a plain hat ... but he should keep the hat. Good choice of song too. Now Joshua was in hog heaven with a country song. He is such a fine young man. I like him a lot. He is not the stuff "American Idol" is made of, but he sure is a great guy. And Ruben? Not sure about the 205 ... but I sure am starting to like that guy. A truly nice guy with a great stage presence and wonderful voice!. My votes last night went for Carmen, Trenyce, and Kimberly the Good. I want to see Kimberly the Bad off the competition. Hang In There! Tieni Duro! Non Mollare! Tiens Bon! Ne Laches Pas! Richard

	The 205 for Ruben is his area code from ALABAMA I thought he looked great last night and still say it's Ruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuben all the way....it's nice to see Simon isn't being an ##### because of Ruben's weight....and I liked the comment......he told Ruben, " If you released that single tomorrow, it would be an instant #1 HIT " Finally a comment of Simon's I can agree with. I think Trenyce was great last night. I put in a vote for her. She has raised the bar for the women in my opinion. I think that Kimberly Locke has the best voice and most talent amongst the girls, but has become less driven than she was in the beginning. Too comfortable and because of that her performance is beginning to become 'regular'... Kimberly Caldwell is just awful. Carmen is painful to watch and listen to. I find myself getting embarassed for her... Finally Simon was thinking with his big head concerning her, last night... I have NO clue what his problem with Trenyce is... personally I think she found him repugnant and old, therefore he 'doesn't like her'... Clay was incredible...as usual... dorky as the day is long... but his talent is great. Ruben has'it'... he just does... He's adorable, his stage presence is superior and his voice and talent are unchallenged. I just love him...as I believe the rest of America does... I am proud of Simon for not making Ruben's appearance an issue. Josh is a sweet heart. I can't stand his voice, or the way he holds himself on stage...butt out...weird jaw jerking instead of diaphragm control... but he is such a nice guy. Did I miss anyone? I think Carmen, though she has 'the look', has zero talent... my pet crow has better singing ability in my opinion...needs to be voted off. Trenyce should be secure in her placement in the top group... though I think she will not be for some ridiculous reason... Clay is so talented and so homely... poor baby. Ruben is the shoe in. have a good day...lou

	Rats, I already forgot who is who - watched a part of AI yesterday. I admit I can't hear very well but even me could hear that gal who tried to be Blondie was awful - I simply couldn't recognize the song.. Risa

	Hi Richard- "kimberly the bad" --- I like that. I think she looks like a soap opera actress. Her singing was just the same as always.....yelling, no melodic sound... Josh did his usual good job, but boy does he ever make some weird faces ?!? I'm not usually crazy about Trenyce (sorry) but last night I thought she did a fabulous job- and then Simon tore into her???? Don't understand it- Post tomorrow who gets kicked off, please, cause I won't be home tonight... (hope it's Kimberly the bad, or Carmen) Blessings, Holly

	So Ricky is gone. He is such a nice guy. TOO nice for the world of pop mucic, I fear. I wish him nothing but well. And Kimberly the Bad survived another week. She is going to be a mediocre star one day, I predict. I think she could be a great star ... in the world of country music. But she won't go there. Pity. She could be great. She'll end up in Vegas or dinner theater or a theme park like Simon said. I wish she would go Country though ... big bucks and lots of joy for her there. But she survived. Just goes to show there are lots of 15 year old with redial phones out there. As long as my Trenyce survived, I am a happy camper! I just wish my daughter and her friend Ben could fly to southern California and take Clay shopping. Show him that wearing your shirt tail out is not cool. That your pants don't have to be worn up around up over your belly button. That yes, it is OK to wear shirts without buttons, shirts with a bit a style. That yes, color and style and a bit of flash on stage can be a good thing. And yes, a good hair cut CAN improve one's appearance. But would he listen? Probably not. Oh well. Either way, Ruben wins. Now there's a nice guy too. American Idol does give me a chance to gossip, doesn't it? These are all VERY talented and VERY nice young kids. I really do like them all. Poor Ricky. Hey... Did he know in advance that he was getting dumped, or do they have all of the contestants do a 'thanks for the memories' video? How the samhill did Carmen make it through? How the heck is Kimberly Caldwell still there... I think that there are lots of "geez, she's perty" votes out there...ugh... So... was Clay and Carmen's little snuggle session choreogrphed (the first song, the one performed by the whole group) or was that a spontaeneous thing because they are "an item"? Just wondering... It looked a little out of place because the other 'pairings' for the performance were just kids singing... Clay and Carmen looked like they needed to get a room... Not that that is a bad thing... just goes to prove that there is someone for everyone... I have to admit... Clay's voice is enough to make me melt...sigh... The winner is still Ruben though... What is the deal with Simon and Trenyce... WHAT is his glitch... the girl is marvelous...and that adorable little tummy and belly button ring... dang... what a pretty girl with wonderful talent... so much for the gossip... lou

	Well, I am just astounded... I thought Ricky did the best he's done yet Tuesday night--- just perfect, more on pitch than even the "Ruben the great"- I think Lou must be right, there must have been a bunch of little boys voting "blonde" last night- I don't think K. the bad has the voice even for country - But Thanks for letting me have the scoop! Holly

	Ooooooo....A place I can come to and talk American Idol *lol* I have to admit I feel a little guilty watching this show..I swore I wouldnt do it. But here I am I was shocked by the voting this week to say the very least!!!!! How did that Blondie/Call Me girl survive the week!?!? It was absolutely dreadful!!!! As for Clay....that boy has a future! I can see him getting along famously on Broadway! He'll do very well for himself. He seems to have a bit of the 'drama' in him. A turn off for me, but it can work in his favor. Regardless of the 'dork' factor, I cannot deny his voice is flawless And RUBEN!!! Ruben is talent pure and simple! It looks effortless for him up there. His choice of songs is always 1st rate and he just has an endearing quality about him That Kim girl....she looks like a bi***!! ok....i'm done hh
