I agree with EVERYTHING you said!!! I wished KELLIE (in ALL honesty) would have gone home...

We discussed who (in order) would/SHOULD/we would THINK would go home next, etc...

Take care

Hope you're OK

Hi. I still like Chris. Was surprised he was in the bottom 3 but then again maybe be not because the songs this week were not his type. I am still waiting for the day Paris goes.

I don't know why but she bugs me with her tears. She needs to shed tears for herself. Will say all the singers did good. Kellie I think is charming people with her underdog -- southern charm.

She sings ok but not good enough to be in the top 5. It will be real interesting to see how they do next week. So let's watch Paris lose then watch the tears flow as she sings her goodbye song. Billy

VERY well said Billy! Uhhh huh! We were SHOCKED to see Chris in the bottom 3!!! OMG!!! SOOOO relieved he wasn't the one to leave though...! Whew!

I soooo agree with what you say (well---ummm....Kellie...UGH!). Two things (seem to) factor with her: 1) people (seem to) feel sorry for her, and 2) her 'act(ing)'....

Sighs...Chris should/HOPE he does anyway!!!---WIN, and Catharine should be runner up. We'll see, we'll see...

Take care

Hope you're OK

Hugs

Have to admit that at first I thought Ace held a pretty good chance to win. However, every time I ever saw him I wanted to get my hands on him and wash his hair.

The only guy that I still like is the gray haired one. He is very entertaining, and has more spirit and enthusiasm than all the rest of them put together, but probably won't win the title.

I know, I'm pretty lame not to know all of their first names by now, but I haven't watched that many shows. Ohhhh....Taylor Hicks!

I can NOT stand loud rock or rap so those shows were clicked off before they even started. It drives me up that wall.

I grew up with the 50's and 60's songs. Elvis, the Everly Brothers, the Beach Boys. The kind of songs that you can understand the words and actually sing along.

I never could stand any of the 70's on up version of rock. It is just loud, irritating noise to me. Absolutely no redeaming value.

I'm pretty sure that you can guess what type of station my radio is set to. "Oldies But Goodies"

Plus the strobing lights, etc. on A.I. don't do very well with my migraine situation. Ouch!!!!

Elliott must like rock music because I have no idea what he sang other than the song on the last show. It was very good.

That little Paris girl has a set of pipes on her, but I really can't imagine her doing national interviews as American Idol without most of the listeners giggling. She reminds me of the policewomam in the Police Acadamy movies.

I guess, at this point, the person that could pull off a good run as American Idol, in my humble opinion, is still Katharine.

Time will tell.....anything can happen. Plus, there have been weak winners that you never hear of after the fact. Fantasia comes to mind. I'll never understand how she earned that win.

I am Katherine's fan as well.

When I saw her audition, I said she is the next winner.

My next favorites are
Elliot
Taylor
Kellie

THen
CHris
Paris

Paris's voice makes me want to run screaming from the room. Can't she control that?

I teach at night, so my class is watching as well. I know, real educational. We have a lot of fun with it though.

They all have their different picks. Their favorite to watch is Taylor. We always wonder what he will do next.

Elliott is still my favourite, Kathryn is my second choice.

I also have problems with the strobe lights and all the screaming from the young fans. I have to mute the t.v. after every performance!

katharine and elliott are the most talented. but that doesn't mean they will win.

paris, if she wins, probably won't be "successful" like kelly, clay or carrie.

i don't get the attraction to kellie.

chris is ok, just somewhat over-rated in my mind.

(i miss bucky!)

I got my huge swollen blue foot out of the bed to go get the laptop so I could give my 2 cents on tonights show!

First off....I loved Chris before, I love him more now! That Bryan Adams song...that whole CD has been my FAVORITE CD since the mid 90's when it came out. I have always thought that was one hot song. And it's a song you never hear, only in my kitchen and car with my multiple 'Don Juan DeMarco' cd's.

Chris did an amazing job tonight. Loved it. Please send Kelli home!!!

Mianna.

WELL said Mianna!! LOL. Chris did an AWESOME job. (As he did with country week, as well...) Or, *rather*, he SURPRISED 'us' that wk. (LOL).

The ONLY wk./performance I've missed is rock week...that's OK though...

I stayed up to watch the interview that his wife (and a friend...?her friend?) gave to our local TV station...interesting. She said why she thought he wound up in the bottom three...

(She said people need to keep on votin'! LOL!!) Chris is HOT!! He can do love songs (like last night's IF he 'puts his mind to it'/puts forth some effort (LOL)). It was funny when David Foster suggested he lie on the floor and sing..and he DID (and it WORKED!! OMG!!).

(WOOW!) AMAZING! I think that DID 'make a world of difference'.... That was interesting...for sure!

Yup...Kellie needs to start packin' and come back home...uhhh huh!

Take care

Hope you're OK

Hugs

Erin

P.S. I want to respond to others' posts, but I have to head to school...LOL! GRR!
